Michael Wallace

Head of Customer Success at PlusPlus

Michael Wallace has worked in a variety of roles since 2005. Michael began their career at CNET Networks as an Account Coordinator, and then moved to CBS Interactive in 2007, where they worked as both a Sales Manager and an Account Manager. In 2012, they joined Flurry, Inc. as an Account Manager, and then moved to Yahoo in 2014 as a Sr. Account Manager. Michael then worked at Nanigans as an Account Executive from 2014 to 2016, and at Appnext as a Mobile Advertising Sales Manager from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Michael joined PlusPlus as a Senior Account Executive and was later promoted to Head of Customer Success. During their time at PlusPlus, they established a Customer Journey to create “Delight” and achieved 100% retention while securing $400k in net new recurring revenue. Michael also designed, built, and launched the PlusPlus Help Center to service 60,000+ users. Additionally, Michael has been a Board Member at Friends of Oakland Animal Services since 2017.

Michael Wallace attended Northeastern University from 2001 to 2004, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.
