Smriti Bordoloi

Smriti Bordoloi currently serves as the Head of Coaching and Leadership Development at Pluss Advanced Technologies Ltd. since January 2025, and also holds the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at Capstone People Partners since April 2016, specializing in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), IT recruitment, and other related skills. From March 2014 to March 2016, Smriti was the Group Chief Manager of HR at VATECH WABAG LTD, where responsibilities included overseeing strategic HR functions for both domestic and international offices and training senior executives. Previously, from April 2008 to January 2012, Smriti worked as the Director of Human Resources at Open Solutions, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives. Smriti began their career as Head of Corporate HR at Spanco Telesystems from January 2005 to April 2008. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coach Federation.
