Customer Care Team Lead at +Simple

Clément RENOU began their career in 2014 as a Co-founder of GBS France. Later that year, they took on the role of Apprenti service assurances at Crédit Agricole Alpes Provence, where they were responsible for commercializing and managing collective health contracts and implementing solutions to meet the new legal obligation for 2016. In 2015, they joined +Simple and held the roles of Customer Care Team Lead, Responsable partenariats, and Responsable service clients. Clément also served as Chargé de marché for Simple.fr, a new generation brokerage dedicated to professionals. In 2017, they took on the role of intervenant - mastere digital de l'assurance at Ifpass.

Clément Renou completed their Bachelor's degree in 2006-2009 at Lycée Galilée, where they studied Economics and Social Sciences with an emphasis in Mathematics. Clément then pursued a Licence in Private Law at Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 2009-2013. Finally, they completed their Master 2 in Insurance Law and Business at Institut des assurances d'Aix-Marseille (IAAM) - Université Droit et Science politique Aix-Marseille in 2014-2015.
