Team Lead Customer Care at GoStudent

Nicole Trünkel has extensive work experience in customer care and management roles. Nicole is currently working at GoStudent as a Team Lead Customer Care, leading a team and ensuring excellent customer service. Before that, they served as a Junior Team Lead Customer Care, further demonstrating their leadership skills. Prior to joining GoStudent, Nicole worked as a Customer Care Manager. Additionally, they have experience as a Catering-Manager at s4c - Staff for companies.

Nicole Trünkel is a student and professional with a diverse educational background. Nicole completed their Bachelor of Arts in Transkulturelle Kommunikation at the University of Vienna from 2017 to 2021. In 2019 to 2020, Nicole participated in an Erasmus program at the University of Zagreb. Prior to their university studies, Nicole obtained their Matura degree from BG/BRG AHS Heustadelgasse from 2008 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in various areas, including communication and conflict management from BG/BRG AHS Heustadelgasse in 2014, as well as a certification in project management and presentation techniques. Nicole continues to pursue further education and recently obtained a certification in Having Difficult Conversations: A Guide for Managers from LinkedIn in 2023.
