Pluto in Aquarius LLC is Nevada’s first Venture Studio — a build-first model that integrates bold ideas, capital, technical expertise, and hands-on execution to de-risk venture creation and strengthen investor returns. We operate through a dual-intelligence system: Human intelligence ensures quality and creative judgment, while Artificial intelligence delivers scale, speed, and systemic impact.

Our mission is simple:
Build companies that matter — ventures that generate strong financial returns while creating positive, measurable societal impact.

Pluto’s entrance into Aquarius on November 19, 2024 marks a 19-year era of global transformation. Technological reinvention, structural shifts in work and society, and rising demands for responsibility in innovation define the new the environment. Across industries and governments, you can see legacy systems and regimes straining to maintain relevance.
Our studio exists to meet this moment — building companies with purpose, clarity, and long-term societal value.

Geographic Focus
We launch and scale ventures in the Western United States with planned expansion across the Americas, Europe, and India.

Problem Sourcing + Shared Equity
We maintain a continually refreshed proprietary pipeline of high-value industry problems.
If you’ve identified a significant pain point in your field, you can share it with us. If due diligence confirms it and a new venture is created, founder equity is shared with you.

Why the Venture Studio Model Works
• 72% of venture-studio-founded startups reach Series A (vs. 42% traditional)
• 35% reach successful exits
• Venture Studios frequently generate 50–100x returns due to higher equity stakes
These results matter because every strong exit reinforces our ability to build ventures that benefit society at scale.

If you’re a founder, operator, or investor who wants to participate in innovation that strengthens both business and society, we invite you to connect.
