Jeremy Ocampo has extensive work experience in software engineering and quality assurance roles. Jeremy is currently serving as the VP of Software Test & Operations Engineering at Pluto TV since May 2021. Before that, they held the position of Sr. Director of Software Test & Operations Engineering at Pluto TV from April 2018 to May 2021.
Prior to their time at Pluto TV, Jeremy worked at NBCUniversal Media, LLC as the Vice President of Software Engineering & Agile Management Office from August 2013 to March 2018. In this role, they managed a departmental budget, a team of 70+ individuals, and multiple statement of work and master service agreement contracts with vendors. Jeremy also implemented departmental InfoSec values for application and infrastructure security.
Before joining NBCUniversal, Jeremy worked at Dex One as the AVP of Software Quality Engineering from April 2011 to August 2013. Jeremy established and built the quality and release management team and implemented agile practices within the product development organization.
From June 2007 to April 2011, Jeremy served as the Associate Director of Quality Engineering at Edmunds.com. Jeremy managed automation, performance testing, and engineering teams, assigning resources to specific tasks and projects while facilitating testing plans for project scrum teams.
Jeremy's earlier experiences include roles at Guidance Software as the Manager of QA Automation, Capital Group as a QA Lead, Toyota Financial Services as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst/QA Lead, Fluor as a Sr. QA Consultant, Amkor Technology as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst, and Honda Cars, Inc. as a Programmer.
