Nicole Tirado

Nicole Tirado currently serves as Lead, Technical Program Manager at Pluto TV since November 2023. Previously, as Associate Director of Agile Program Management at Razorfish from July 2021 to April 2023, responsibilities included defining creative workflows, identifying process improvements, and mentoring junior Scrum Masters. In prior roles, Tirado held positions such as SAFe SCRUM Master at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, Ecommerce & Application Delivery Director as a consultant, and Managing Director at TeaRado Tech. Additionally, extensive experience at Rackspace spanned several roles focused on cloud product specialization and training. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from the State University of New York Cortland.
