Susmita Mamidenna

Susmita Mamidenna has a extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality engineering. Susmita is currently working as a Director at Paramount and Pluto TV | ViacomCBS. Prior to that, they held the position of Head/Manager of Software Test Engineering at Redbox Automated Retail, LLC, where they were responsible for the quality and release strategy of various customer facing applications. Susmita also built the Test Engineering team for the delivery of the 'Redbox On Demand' platform. Susmita has also worked as a Senior Software Quality Engineer at Outerwall and as a Test Engineer at Coinstar. Susmita started their career as a Quality Engineer at US Biometrics and later worked as a QA Consultant.

Susmita Mamidenna completed their Bachelor's degree at Andhra University in 1992. Susmita then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy & Technology Management at Amity University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, Susmita obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being a Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner and Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2022. Susmita also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute, obtained in July 2016. Other certifications include Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in June 2013 and the designation of Competent Leader & Communicator from Toastmasters International in March 2011.
