Nirav Bhagat, P.Eng, currently serves as Engineering Manager at Ply Gem Canada, where responsibilities include strategic planning and execution as part of the Senior Leadership team and contributing to cost-saving initiatives in supply chain and manufacturing processes. Previous roles include Process Engineering Supervisor and Process Engineer-in-Training, alongside experience as Utilities Process Engineer during a co-op at Suncor Energy, where projects focused on boiler efficiency and optimization techniques. Nirav's earlier positions include research assistant at Ryerson University, co-op student at Apotex Inc., and laboratory assistant at AGAT Laboratories, showcasing a diverse background in chemical engineering and process optimization. Nirav is presently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Haskayne School of Business, after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ryerson University.
