The Scouting and Recruitment Team at Plymouth Argyle Football Club is responsible for identifying and acquiring talented players for both the academy and the first team. Comprised of specialized roles such as the Head Of Academy Recruitment, Academy Scout, First Team Player & Opposition Scout, and Football Scout - Talent ID, the team conducts thorough assessments of potential recruits, evaluates opposition strengths and weaknesses, and ensures a pipeline of talent that aligns with the club's values of excellence, efficiency, and financial prudence. This team plays a critical role in sustaining the club’s competitive edge and long-term success.
