Franco Valencia

Franco Valencia is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in dining services and culinary management. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Dining Services and Operations Manager at Plymouth Harbor on Sarasota Bay since April 2011, Franco oversees a team of 75 personnel to ensure high-quality dining services, including catering and special events. Previous roles include Sous Chef, Lead Cook, Line Cook, and Lead Steward, providing extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and food quality. Franco's career began at Jersey Mike's Subs as a Night Supervisor, where expertise in customer service and daily operations was developed. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Florida and an Associate of Arts from State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota.
