Joe Carman

Joe Carman is currently the Vice President of Construction at Plymouth Industrial REIT. Previously, Joe was the Sr. Project Manager at GEAR Management Group, LLC where he managed the construction schedule, budget, and procurement for Vineyard Vines stores. Prior to that, Joe held positions at L Brands, Group 1 Automotive, Abercrombie & Fitch, Centex Homes, and Pulte Homes, showcasing his expertise in project management, construction, and permit coordination. Joe holds a B.S. in Agriculture and Construction System Management from The Ohio State University.
