Katie Freese, MBA, LDN has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare and senior living industry. Katie most recently served as the Senior Director of Support Services at Plymouth Place Senior Living since August 2018. Prior to that, they held various positions at Palos Health, including Director of Palos Health South Campus Operations, Director of Patient Access, and Director of Nutrition & Food Service and Environmental Services. Katie also worked at ARAMARK for over 14 years, serving as General Manager and Director of Food & Nutrition Services.
Katie Freese, MBA, LDN has a strong education background in healthcare management and nutrition. Katie completed their Master Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Healthcare Management from Lewis University in 2015. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Nutrition from Eastern Illinois University. Katie also completed a Dietetic Internship at Ingalls Memorial Hospital, which provided their with valuable practical experience in the field. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications as a CHESP (Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional) from the American Hospital Association and as a Licensed and Registered Dietitian from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
