Kevin Manuel

Kevin Manuel has served as a Captain for the Plymouth Police Department since March 2000, following an earlier tenure as an Infantry member in the US Marine Corps from August 1993 to August 1999. Kevin Manuel holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice earned at Curry College from 2011 to 2013 and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections obtained from the same institution from 2001 to 2004.
