Diane Koziol has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in various roles at different companies. Diane started their career at Schumacher Insurance Group, where they worked as an Assistant Office Manager, Multi-Lines Agent, and Administrative Assistant for 14 years. During their time there, they developed a customer retention program and drafted communications to secure customer loyalty and renewals. In 2007, they joined Mercury Insurance as a Personal Lines Auto Supervisor and Underwriter. Diane supervised a team of underwriters and introduced a gamification strategy to increase productivity and promote individual understanding of the product and business processes. In 2013, Diane joined Plymouth Rock Assurance as a Supervisor of Customer Care and Underwriting Operations and later became the Director of Customer Care and Underwriting Operations. In this role, they managed a large team and oversaw strategic direction, business process integrations, and customer experience improvement initiatives. Diane led a 9-month business integration and customer service training after the acquisition of the motorcycle business line. Diane is currently the Director of Project Management at Plymouth Rock Assurance.
Diane Koziol obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and Communications from William Paterson University of New Jersey in the years 1997-2001. Diane later pursued additional certifications such as a Certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School (completed in 2019), a Certificate in Change Management from Cornell University (completed in 2020), and a Certificate in High Performance Leadership, also from Cornell University (completed in 2020). Alongside their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Purdue Online Lean Six Sigma and Project Management (in 2021), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research (in 2013), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS) from The Institutes (in 2012), Associate in General Insurance (AINS) from The Institutes (in 2011), Associate in Personal Insurance (API) from The Institutes (in 2011), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) from The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research (in 2010), and a Producer License (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut) from American School of Business (in 1998).
