Justin Debenedectis

Justin DeBenedectis is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in claims management and subrogation operations. Currently serving as the Director of Complex Claims at Plymouth Rock Assurance since May 2024, Justin previously held the role of Senior Manager, Property/Medical Subrogation at American Family Insurance from January 2021 to June 2024, where oversight of over 40 subrogation adjusters resulted in more than $80 million in recoveries. Prior to that, Justin managed subrogation departments at Homesite Insurance, overseeing both internal adjusters and external vendors, and also led critical claims management system implementation initiatives. Justin started the career at Amica Mutual Insurance Co. as a Claims Supervisor and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
