Katie Kenney joined Plymouth Rock from The Norfolk and Dedham Group, where she held multiple senior level positions over the past five years, most recently as the company’s Chief Experience Officer, leveraging her passion for improving agent and policyholder experience. Prior to that, she led marketing and underwriting efforts as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Underwriting Officer of Personal Lines.
Before joining Norfolk and Dedham, Katie spent 10 years with some of the world's leading risk management and reinsurance brokerage firms, including BMS Re, Guy Carpenter and Aon Benfield. She holds a degree from Middlebury College.
