Kristin Farrell

Kristin Farrell is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Service & Operations and Project Leader at Plymouth Rock Assurance since June 2022, Kristin previously held the position of Director of Personal Lines Underwriting Operations at Franklin Mutual Insurance Company from December 2021 to June 2022. Kristin's career at Plymouth Rock Assurance began in September 2013 as an Underwriting/Customer Solutions Supervisor. Prior to that, Kristin spent over two decades at State Farm, where the role of Senior Underwriting Team Lead/Claim Representative was held from November 1989 to September 2013.
