Stephanie Plankey is currently working at Plymouth Rock Assurance as the Agency Experience & Strategic Initiatives Manager. Prior to that, Stephanie worked at The Hanover Insurance Group for a decade, holding various roles including Project Manager: Marketing and Marketing Operations Analyst. Stephanie has experience in defining marketing strategies, creating product rollout plans, and managing promotion of new products. Stephanie has also excelled in designing and launching omni-channel marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and experience. Stephanie's professional experience also includes roles at Gear Communications, Babson College, and EXPRESS. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with concentrations in Marketing and Economics from Babson College.
