Steve Brown

Steve Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of quality assurance and data warehousing. Steve has held various positions, including Director of Quality Assurance at Plymouth Rock Assurance, Data Warehouse Consultant at Reliant Medical Group, Manager of Quality Assurance at TJX, and multiple roles at Fidelity Investments, including Director of QA, Vice President of QA, and Director of Development. In their roles at Fidelity Investments, Steve managed large teams and implemented process improvements, including the redesign of the regression test automation process and the conversion of large corporations onto Fidelity platforms. Steve also has experience in managing business intelligence applications and client/server development projects. Overall, Steve has a strong background in quality assurance, data warehousing, and project management.

Steve Brown holds a Masters of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996. Steve also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, which they earned between 1980 and 1984. Additionally, Steve holds certifications from the ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board): they obtained the certification as a Certified Tester, Advanced Level Test Manager in 2014, and the certification as a Certified Tester, Foundation Level in 2013.
