Ben Schleich started their work experience in 2004 as an R&D Machinist/Fabricator at Parata Systems, where they ran the R&D department and performed various duties including programming, operating, procurement, and quality control. In 2006, they joined Simon Industries as a CNC Program Engineer, where they received prints and models and turned them into working programs for 9 machines. Ben is currently working as a Process Engineer at Plymouth Tube Company, starting in 2017.
