Deb Lange

Deb Lange joined Plymouth in 1987 and has held positions of leadership and influence in finance, accounting and IT at both the corporate and mill level. Today, Deb oversees all financial and accounting functions of the company, including management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities. She was promoted to Director of Finance and Accounting in January 2020.

Known for her strengths in creating team member engagement and in serving as an advocate for company culture, Deb works collaboratively with senior management to establish, monitor and enforce internal controls, prepare budgets, analyze production activities, identify new business opportunities, and develop capital investments plans that help to ensure the company’s long-term viability and success.

Deb holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from North Central College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
