Rickey Searcy

Rickey Searcy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management and manufacturing. Rickey currently serves as the Director of Operations at Plymouth Tube Company, a role they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they were the Plant Manager at Plymouth Tube Company from April 2020 to May 2022.

Before joining Plymouth Tube Company, Rickey worked at Lear Corporation as a Plant Manager from August 2019 to April 2020. Rickey also served as the Operations Manager at Guilford Performance Textiles by Lear from August 2017 to April 2020.

Earlier in their career, Rickey held the position of Sampson Plant Manager at Enviva LP from 2015 to 2017. Rickey also worked at Guilford Mills as an Operations Manager from October 2004 to July 2015, and at Collins and Aikman as a Plant Manager from 1994 to 2004.

Rickey began their career as a Process Engineer at Amoco Fabrics and Fibers from April 1989 to May 1994. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing manufacturing operations.

Rickey Searcy attended Auburn University from 1984 to 1989 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management.
