Brett Finley

Brett Finley has had a diverse and extensive work experience within various companies and roles. Their most recent position was at PLZ Corp, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Fortune Brands Home & Security from June 2018 to February 2023, holding the roles of President Outdoors & Security and President of The Master Lock Company. Before that, from February 2016 to July 2018, they were the President of Therma Tru Corporation, where they played a crucial role in growing the company's brand and sales. From 2010 to 2015, they held leadership positions at IDEX Corporation, including serving as the Senior Vice President and Group Executive of the Fluid & Metering Technologies Segment, as well as President of IDEX Asia. Brett also spent time at Ingersoll Rand, where they held various general manager roles and was responsible for global P&L, operations, and logistics.
