Jennifer Stegemann

Jennifer Stegemann, SPHR, CEBS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jennifer is currently working at PLZ Corp as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HR Analytics since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager of Compensation and Analytics at PLZ Corp from April 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining PLZ Corp, Jennifer worked as the Benefits Manager at Mauser Packaging Solutions from April 2020 to April 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Benefits Specialist lll at Great Dane from March 2017 to July 2020.

Jennifer has also ventured into entrepreneurship, where they owned and acted as a principal consultant for Opis Resources from June 2002 to January 2017. Jennifer initially started their entrepreneurial journey as an owner and consultant at Opis Resources from October 1999 to May 2002.

Jennifer's work experience also includes roles at Oracle, where they worked as a Senior Instructor from August 1997 to October 1999 and as a Staff Consultant from February 1996 to August 1997.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in compensation, benefits, HR analytics, and consulting.

Jennifer Stegemann, SPHR, CEBS has a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from DePaul University, and another Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI. Both certifications were obtained in 2021, with the CEBS obtained in September and the SPHR obtained in July.
