Persefoni Mitsiopoulos has a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development within the beauty and personal care industry. Persefoni began their career as a Sales and Marketing Assistant at OPI Products, Inc. from 1999 to 2001, where they gained experience in event coordination, trade shows, and product promotions. Persefoni then moved on to Coty as an Account Manager, where they managed key accounts and executed new product launches, contributing to $30M in annual business. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Sexy Hair Concepts, where they had full P&L accountability for national accounts and successfully increased sales goals. Persefoni then joined Beauty Elite Group/Blowpro as a National Accounts Director, responsible for strategic management, marketing, and sales to key accounts such as ULTA, Nordstrom, and Amazon Luxury Beauty, driving revenue growth through product launches and promotional programs. Most recently, they are the Senior Director of Sales, Beauty and Personal Care at PLZ Corp, overseeing business development and the promotion of various services in the industry. Throughout their career, Persefoni has proven herself as a capable and effective leader in driving sales growth and fostering relationships with key industry players.

Persefoni Mitsiopoulos holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago. Persefoni also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
