Engelbert "Gilbert" T. Camasura, FPM, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Engelbert "Gilbert" T. is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PM Consulting, where they provide strategic, financial, and operational leadership. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Take IT Forward Officer at HRTX Inc., an HR consulting company focusing on HR transformation through technology-based approaches.

Gilbert also had a significant role as the International Education Partner - Philippines at SHRM, where they promoted global HR advancement for Filipino HR professionals. Engelbert "Gilbert" T. was responsible for helping HR practitioners earn SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credentials to enhance their expertise and value to their organizations.

Before their current positions, Gilbert held leadership roles in other companies, including a recruitment firm where they served as the President. Engelbert "Gilbert" T. was also the Executive Director of a leading executive search company specializing in talent management for the outsourcing industry. In addition, they worked as an AVP - Recruitment Director at Genpact and as a Senior Manager in HR & Talent Acquisition and Development at Filinvest Alabang, Inc.

Gilbert's early career includes roles such as HR Manager at Sony Life Insurance Co., Ltd., where they established the HR program and designed compensation and benefits programs, as well as HR Manager at Filinvest Alabang, Inc., where they managed the start-up of HR operations for one of the largest property development companies in the Philippines.

Engelbert "Gilbert" T.'sinitial experience as an Employment Officer at Philam Plans involved recruitment, onboarding, training, and compensation management to support the business growth of branch offices across the country. Throughout their career, Gilbert has demonstrated strong leadership skills and an ability to drive strategic initiatives in the HR and talent management field.

Engelbert "Gilbert" T. Camasura, FPM, MBA has a diverse education history. In 2019-2020, they pursued a Global Masters in Business Administration from ADEN University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, in 2008, they completed an Executive Leadership Program at IESE Business School. In the same year, they also obtained a Certificate in Talent Management from Penn State University. In 1994-1995, they earned an MS degree in Industrial Organization Psychology from De La Salle University. Lastly, in 1988-1992, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Santo Tomas, obtaining an AB degree in Behavioral Science.
