In 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from ADEN University. Additionally, they completed a Business Analytics Specialization from Wharton Online in 2021 and a Design Thinking for Innovation course from the University of Virginia in 2020. Jerry also attended the HR Executive Program in Silicon Valley conducted by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in 2017, focusing on Human Resources Management and Services. Alongside their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including Certified Competency Based Interviewer from SHL and the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation from the International Federation of Professional Managers (IFPM).
