Kieran Doll

Kieran Doll has a strong background in finance, with extensive experience in the hotel and resort industry. Kieran has held various leadership roles, including Regional Director of Finance at PM Hotel Group and Director of Finance at Highgate, where they were responsible for reopening a large hotel and managing financial documentation during a bankruptcy petition. Kieran also served as Area Director of Finance at Salt Hotels and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where they implemented cash management strategies and cost-saving initiatives during the COVID pandemic. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Ocean Place Resort & Spa and Vice President of Asset Management at AWH Partners, overseeing a portfolio of diverse assets. Kieran's earlier experience includes roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Crestline Hotels & Resorts, and Pacific Concord Investment, where they served in finance and accounting leadership positions.

Kieran Doll obtained a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina from 1987 to 1990. In addition, Kieran has obtained additional certifications such as a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and a Certified Hospitality Educator (CHE) from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute, and has also completed courses on "Building Accountability into Your Culture" and "Leading Your Team Through Change" from LinkedIn.
