Patrick Umsted

Patrick Umsted, CRME, currently serves as the Regional Director of Revenue Management at PM Hotel Group since October 2024. Prior to this, Patrick held the position of Vice President of Revenue Strategy at Wright Investments, Inc. from February 2020 to 2024. Patrick's extensive experience in revenue management includes serving as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management at Moody National Companies from March 2015 to February 2020, and earlier roles within the same company as Director of Sales and Marketing for Hyatt Place Memphis/Germantown from 2012 to 2015. Additional experience includes positions at White Lodging Services, where Patrick worked as Operations Manager, Director of Housekeeping, and Front Office Manager across various Marriott properties from 2008 to 2011. Patrick began a career in hospitality management as General Manager at Extended Stay America, Austin Downtown-6th Street, from 2005 to 2007. Patrick is an alumnus of The University of Memphis.
