Yovansca Painter

Yovansca Painter is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of People + Culture at both PM Hotel Group and Hilton Melbourne since October 2023. Prior to this role, Yovansca held the position of Director of Human Resources and Retention at Home Instead from December 2022 to October 2023. Yovansca's extensive background also includes serving as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at Melbourne Terrace Rehabilitation Center from 2012 to September 2022 and as the Store Manager at 579 Shop from August 2009 to December 2014. Yovansca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree from Eastern Florida State College.
