Previous roles include Software Engineer in Military MLOps at Helsing, Senior Full Stack Developer at Pluto Data Analytics, and Software Developer at Outlier Ventures, where expertise in AI/Machine Learning and scalable applications was prominently demonstrated. Theo has a foundational background as the founder of Ceratus LLP and a Master of Engineering in Mathematical Computation from UCL, complemented by a brief stint at Google in machine learning.
