Rachel Bagelman

Rachel Bagelman, MD, MBA, FAAP, is an experienced pediatrician currently serving as an Urgent Care Pediatrician and Regional Medical Officer at PM Pediatric Care since June 2018. In this role, Rachel provides clinical oversight, trains and mentors providers, and ensures high-quality care across multiple regional offices. Previously, as Regional Medical Director, oversight of medical and clinical support staff in the Delaware Valley Region included monitoring quality and safety. Rachel also held the position of Director of Clinical Support Staff Training, where responsibilities included developing a comprehensive training program for clinical competency across 15 states. Prior to PM Pediatric Care, Rachel was the Medical Director of Glen Mills Urgent Care at Nemours, where a Pediatric Urgent Care Program was successfully launched. Early experience includes serving as a Pediatrician at Emergency Medicine Associates, P.A., P.C. Rachel holds a Doctor of Medicine from Drexel University College of Medicine, an MBA in Health Care Administration from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Brandeis University.
