Sheena Ahlawat

Sheena Ahlawat, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Director of Operations and Growth Mental Health at PM Pediatric Care, having started in October 2023. Previously, Ahlawat held key positions at Mount Sinai Beth Israel as Associate Director of Hospital Transformation, where responsibilities included overseeing the operational launch of a new Behavioral Health Hospital, and at Mount Sinai Health System as Psychiatry System Project Manager, focusing on network development for behavioral health partnerships. Earlier experience includes roles in project management and administration across various departments within the Mount Sinai Health System and Houston Methodist, emphasizing process optimization and enhancement of patient care. Ahlawat earned a Master of Public Health from Thomas Jefferson University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University.
