Cindy Erwin

Cindy Erwin serves as Associate Director of Project Management at Avison Young since October 2022. Concurrently, Cindy has held the position of Vice President of Construction at both Madison Marquette and PMRG since September 2018, while also working as Senior Construction Manager at PM Realty Group since February 2007. In these roles, Cindy manages tenant and capital improvement projects across Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire, overseeing over 3 million square feet for major clients. Prior experience includes serving as Construction Manager and Project Coordinator at CarrAmerica Development, Inc. from 1996 to 2006, where responsibilities included documentation and invoicing for development projects and management of tenant improvements. Education includes attendance at Fullerton Junior College.
