Kristen Vance has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Kristen started their career as an Associate Manager at Prudential Real Estate Investors in 1997, where they worked until 2001. Kristen then joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Analyst for a year. In 2001, Kristen became a Vice President at iStar Financial Inc., holding this role for seven years. Since 2008, they have been with PM Realty Group, serving as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Management.
Kristen Vance pursued their education by earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Kristen attended this institution from 1993 to 1997. Later on, they continued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
