Yvette Cervantes is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at PM Realty Group since October 2012, Yvette oversees accounting for a portfolio of luxury multi-family developments and manages construction draw requests. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Accountant at Hines, where responsibilities encompassed lease administration, budgeting, and audits, as well as Staff Accountant III focusing on accounts receivable and payable, financial reporting, and general ledger management. Earlier in the career, Yvette worked as a Corporate Accountant at LoanXM, LLC, handling cash management and consolidations. Yvette holds an MBA from Belhaven University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Houston-Downtown.
