Ben Keppie

Ben Keppie is a Senior Consultant at twentyeightb (28b Ltd) since April 2022, focusing on enhancing Pharma Brand and Operations teams' integration of sales and marketing efforts, optimising CRM usage, and leveraging data for improved HCP engagement. Previous experience includes roles at MSD in various capacities, such as Business Integration & Insights Co-Lead and Oncology Associate Brand and Customer Manager, as well as founding Clockwork Skateboards. Ben serves as a Digital Committee Member at the PM Society, promoting better healthcare communications, and has a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of East Anglia.
