Rick Wangen

Rick Wangen is a seasoned professional in information technology and operations management. As the Senior Information Technology Program Manager at PM tec, Inc. since January 2021, Rick has been instrumental in overseeing IT programs. Prior to this role, Rick served as the VP of Operations and Founder at UpTop from February 2008 to January 2021, demonstrating strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Rick’s early experience includes serving as Deputy Group Leader at Los Alamos National Laboratory from 2003 to 2006. Rick holds a degree from The University of New Mexico, contributing a solid educational foundation to a successful career in technology and management.
