Liz Smedema is PM Technologies’ Director of Recruiting, she is responsible for developing and implementing PMT’s overall recruiting strategy. Liz ensures that PMT is able to provide seasoned, dedicated world-class professionals to manage major programs for our clients. She strives to build strong relationships with candidates to improve talent acquisition results in a rapidly and constantly evolving environment.

Liz’s recruiting efforts include the utilization of databases, outreach programs, and social media. The team recruits talent nationwide, focusing on attracting top talent while emphasizing diversity and inclusion in the workplace. PMT networks online and offline with potential candidates to ensure the expectations of the candidates are closely aligned with the culture and goals of PMT and our clients.
