Cheryl Rice

Cheryl Rice is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as Real Estate Broker and President of the Ottawa Division at PMA Brethour Realty Group since May 2016, where leadership involves guiding a team that offers market research and consulting services to new home builders. Prior experience includes roles as a Marketing Consultant from May 2013 to 2016, and Director of Marketing at Minto Developments Inc. (2011-2013), where Cheryl was responsible for marketing strategies for new home products. Additional marketing positions were held at dna13/CNW Group, N-able Technologies, and Nokia. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Carleton University and a Diploma in Radio and Television Broadcasting & Production from Algonquin College.
