Andy McGill

Andy McGill has over 30 years of experience in human resources and facilities management. Andy has worked in various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President at PMA Companies, Vice President at Kennedy Health System, and Director at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Earlier in their career, they also held roles at Systems and Computer Technology Corp. and Temple University. Throughout their career, Andy has demonstrated a strong track record of success in managing employee relations, recruitment, labor relations, and HR functions.

Andy McGill earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business Administration from McDaniel College in 1986. Andy went on to complete a Master of Science in Human Resources Administration at the Fox School of Business at Temple University in 1996. Prior to this, they attended Holy Ghost Prep from 1978 to 1982. In 2024, Andy obtained a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certification from Prosci.
