Lori Barber

Lori Barber, AIC, has extensive experience in claims management at PMA Companies, where employment began in June 1982 and continues to the present. Currently serving as Regional Claims Service Manager and Assistant Vice President, Lori oversees the Erie PMA Office and is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies across Northwestern Pennsylvania, Northern Ohio, and Michigan. Prior roles include Territory Marketing Manager, Regional Claims Supervisor, and Account Claims Supervisor, all showcasing a progression of responsibility in agency management, claims supervision, and client interactions. Lori's educational background includes an Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America and studies at Mercyhurst University.
