Ray DiCello

Ray DiCello is currently the SVP & Chief Claims Officer at PMA Companies. Prior to this, they were with Zurich Insurance Company from November 2004 to April 2015, where they served as Vice President Central Bill Unit/TPA Operations. Before that, they were with Zurich Financial Services from April 2001 to December 2004, where they were the TPA Service Manager. In this role, they developed, analyzed and implemented enterprise wide unbundled TPA Operations strategic initiatives, controls, and projects that enhanced business opportunities and reduce risk. Ray also acted as enterprise wide subject matter expert for Zurich unbundled exposures and business. Ray provided technical direction and leadership to TPA Operations staff and TPA Claim oversight teams.

Ray DiCello holds a Masters in Ray'story from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and is a Kellogg Executive Scholar from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.

Their manager is Derek Hopper, President & CEO. They work with Joe Gallagher - SVP, Mid-Atlantic Region, John Santulli - Executive Chairman, and Mario Spina - SVP, Eastern Field Operations.
