John Spruill

John S. has extensive experience in leadership and program management, currently serving as President and Principal Owner of PMAT INC since January 2007. Additionally, John has held positions at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command as a CTR since 1992, and completed a tenure at SPAWAR Systems Center Charleston as a Systems Integration CTR from 1992 to 2020. Prior to these roles, John worked as the AVP Program Manager at SAIC from June 2000 to September 2005. Academically, John S. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix between 1993 and 1995 and received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Old Dominion University from 1976 to 1980.
