Amanda Byrne

Amanda Byrne has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the General Manager of Employee Experience at PMB Defence Pty Ltd since March 2020, following a position as Human Resources Manager. Previous roles include Human Resources Business Partner at both Babcock Australia & New Zealand and Downer, Human Resources Advisor at ASC Pty Ltd and Outotec, and various HR positions at BAE Systems Australia, where responsibilities spanned from advisor to team leader. Amanda's earlier experience includes roles in recruitment management and consultancy. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management at the University of South Australia, Amanda also holds an Advanced Diploma of Management in Human Resources, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and a Diploma in Business Management (Human Resources) from TAFE SA.
