Lael Crompton has extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as the Director of Leasing at PMB Real Estate Services since April 2016, and has also held the position of Leasing Coordinator. Prior to this, Lael worked at CBRE as a Client Services Specialist, responsible for marketing and managing over 5 million square feet of industrial and R&D space in Central San Diego, including coordinating property tours and preparing marketing reports for institutional clients. Lael's earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Associate at Archstone, focusing on tenant retention and customer relations through welcome calls and resident events. Lael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Denver, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
