Belinda-Leigh Hall

Belinda-Leigh Hall has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Belinda-Leigh began their career in 1997 as Vice President & Regional Manager Treasury Services at First Banks, Inc. Belinda-Leigh then moved to Guaranty Bank in 2000 as Vice President & Regional Manager Treasury Services. In 2004, they joined BBVA Compass (formerly Texas State Bank) as Executive Vice President & Director Treasury Management Services. In 2007, they launched the new community bank Green Bank as Executive Vice President & Chief Deposit Officer. From 2009 to 2012, Hall was the CEO and Founder of BLH Consulting Services, LLC. During that time, they also served as a Senior Executive Partner at SOLIDleaders.com from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they became Principal Solution Consultant, Global Markets & Product at ACI Worldwide. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Chief Operations Officer (COO) at PMC Group I.

Belinda-Leigh Hall has a BBA in Finance/Accounting from the Texas McCombs School of Business and is currently studying Finance/Accounting at the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. In July 2004, they obtained a Certified Treasury Professional certification from the Association for Financial Professionals.
