Audrey Minks

Audrey Minks is a Program Engineer at PMC SMART Solutions, where responsibilities include project management for new production launches, design and sampling of molds, conducting Design of Experiments (DOEs), and contributing to manufacturing engineering systems and quality documents. Prior experience includes working as a Clinical Affairs Intern at Zimmer, supporting regulatory trials in the Knee segment, and serving as a Research Engineer at Joint Replacement Surgeons of Indiana, where experiments on orthopaedic implants were designed and analyzed. Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Orthopaedic Regulatory and Clinical Affairs from Grace College & Seminary. An Academic Honors Diploma was earned from Madison Grant High School.
