Prior experience includes serving as senior program manager at Ryobi Die Casting, Inc., and roles at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Climate Control and Delta Faucet Company, where responsibilities encompassed project management, production engineering, and tooling engineering. Brian has a solid foundation in leading product development initiatives, improving processes, and achieving production targets. Prior military service as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps instilled strong leadership and decision-making skills. Brian holds an AAS in Design Technology from Ivy Tech Community College.
